Children's House Summer Camp

Our Summer Camp program is geared to the size, pace, and interest of children between the ages of three and a half and seven years of age.

Our programs are designed to cultivate the child’s own natural curiosity and love of learning, as well as, enable each child to more fully develop his/her potential. It is the pledge of BMS to be philosophically based in the Montessori Method and maintain a learning environment that will meet the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual needs of the child.

Summer camp class size will be limited. We ask that the summer enrollment forms and tuition be submitted before or on April 14th. Classroom positions will be filled first come, first serve. Your child’s space will not be reserved until you have (1) submitted your child’s tuition along with (2) a completed / notarized set of enrollment forms and all required health records. We will not accept one without the other. Our ability to offer Summer Camp will be determined by the number of students enrolled.

BREVARD MONTESSORI ADVENTURE CAMP THEMES
FOR SUMMER 2012!

Monday - Friday 8:30-11:20 AM or 8:30 AM - 2:20 PM

Under the Sea:  June 11 – 22

Splish! Splash! Children will have the opportunity to explore the mysteries of life under the sea. They will take a look at sea life ranging from seashells, fish, to unusual sea creatures that live down in the depths of the sea.



Happy Birthday America: June 25 – June 29

Three Cheers for the Red, White and blue! The children will explore the wonderful country in which we live! We will learn about everyday life, clothing, food, and unique habitats and traditions that make our country an amazing place to live.



Lost in Space: July 9 - 20

“To Infinity… and beyond!” The BMS Space Station will take the children on an exciting journey into our Solar System where they will look at our Sun, our spaceship Earth, and the universe beyond.

Fur, Feather, Scales: July 23 – Aug 3

Slither, crawl, hop! The children will have the opportunity to explore the concept of classifying the kingdom of animals. They will learn the similarities as well as the differences that animals share.

Summer camp themes will be two weeks in length with the exception of Happy Birthday America. However, you may enroll for one week at a time.
