Children's House Kindergarten
A learning environment for 5 year olds
Extended Day for the kindergarten age child is an extension of the AM Montessori program. Brevard Montessori adheres to the state of Florida age requirement of 5 (five), before September 1st in order for a child to be considered a kindergartner. The Extended Day Kindergarten program is designed to prepare the kindergartner for first grade. In the afternoon, the program will focus on story writing (using the movable alphabet), reading, advanced math, science, and geography.
